Madadgaar: Multi-App Roadside Assistance Platform

Full Stack Mobile Developer

Built a coordinated multi-actor roadside assistance platform consisting of three Flutter applications (User, Technician, and Admin) sharing a unified Firebase backend. Implemented an event-driven architecture using Firestore real-time streams to manage the complete request lifecycle, including technician bidding, in-app chat, and live location tracking via Google Maps and Geolocator. Integrated Firebase Cloud Functions to trigger FCM push notifications on request creation and status updates, and embedded a Gemini-powered AI assistant for pre-service issue diagnostics. Developed role-based authentication and authorization with Firestore security rules, alongside a complete support ticket system enabling clients and technicians to file complaints and receive admin replies. Delivered admin governance tools for KPI dashboards, user/technician moderation (block/suspend), and request oversight with force-complete and cancellation capabilities.
